Visitors to MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are expected to be familiar with the club’s general rules before using any attractions. Parents and/or guardians must confirm with their signature that they have read the rules, and that full responsibility for their child/children rests with them.

For children under 14 years old, registration must be completed in the presence of a parent or guardian. Once a child turns 14, they may enter the club independently with this registration, provided they have read the rules and signed the relevant register.

General Rules

Visitors to MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are expected to be familiar with the club’s general rules before using its services.

The MaryMaris sports and entertainment club administration has set the following operating hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, daily.

Before visiting the club, guests are required to pay at the club’s reception according to the approved price list and receive a receipt.

The administration and staff of MaryMaris sports and entertainment club do not provide child supervision services. Parents and/or guardians are fully responsible for the safety of their child/children on the club’s premises.

Parents or guardians must confirm with their signature that they have read the club’s rules and accept full responsibility for their child/children.

Children under 7 years old must be under constant parental supervision (as per the Child Protection Act). It is important to note that a child under 7 may also be supervised by another child, provided that person is at least 13 years old, according to the Child Protection Act.

The MaryMaris sports and entertainment club administration and staff are not responsible for children on the club’s premises without parental or guardian supervision.

The MaryMaris sports and entertainment club administration and staff are not responsible for any accidents on the club’s premises, except in cases caused by damaged play equipment and/or attractions.

Club attractions may only be used in sportswear (clothing without zippers, buckles, rivets, or belts).

Entry to play areas in outerwear and outdoor shoes is prohibited. Please bring indoor shoes (gym slippers, ballet flats) or socks. Being barefoot in play areas, including the trampoline complex, is not permitted.

The MaryMaris sports and entertainment club administration and staff are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of visitors’ personal belongings and property, including valuables left in lockers.

Please hand all found items to a club employee. Lost and found items will be kept at the MaryMaris club for one calendar month.

Bringing in food and drinks is prohibited (unless otherwise agreed).

Visitors must adhere to generally accepted ethical norms and rules of conduct, maintain cleanliness and order, and treat club property with care.

Individuals with poor health (fever, cough, etc.) are not permitted to visit the club.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited on club premises. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from entering. The club administration reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated persons.

Please use play equipment and attractions carefully and cautiously. If any property of MaryMaris children’s club is damaged or destroyed, we reserve the right to demand full compensation for the damage caused.

The use of fireworks, pyrotechnics, and any kind of bubble machines is prohibited on the club premises.

Entry to the club premises with strollers and bicycles is prohibited.

Helium balloons are prohibited.

The MaryMaris club is equipped with a video surveillance system. By visiting the club, parents or other individuals responsible for a child consent to themselves and the child being monitored by the club’s video cameras, and to video footage being broadcast on the club’s website marymaris.ee and MaryMaris social media.

Photography is permitted at the MaryMaris club. By visiting the club, parents or other individuals responsible for a child consent to themselves and the child being photographed by other visitors, and to photos being published on the club’s website marymaris.ee or MaryMaris social media.

The wristband loses its validity upon leaving the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club premises and/or if its integrity is compromised.
