It is assumed that the visitor of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club has familiarized themselves with the general rules of conduct before using the club’s attractions. We ask parents and/or accompanying persons to confirm with their signature that they are aware of the club’s rules, and that all responsibility for the child/children rests with the parents and/or accompanying persons.

If the child is under 14 years old, the signature is accepted in the presence of only one parent/guardian. Once the child turns 14, they can visit the club independently with this signature, having read the rules and signed in the appropriate register.

General rules

It is assumed that the visitor of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club has familiarized themselves with the general rules of conduct before using the club’s services.

The administration of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club has established the following working hours: from 10 AM to 10 PM, with no lunch break and no days off.

Before visiting the club, visitors are required to make payment according to the approved price list at the club’s cashier and receive a receipt.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club do not provide childcare services. All responsibility for the safety of the child/children on the club premises lies with the parents and/or accompanying persons.

Parents or accompanying persons must confirm with their signature that they have read the club’s rules and that all responsibility for the child/children lies with them.

Children under the age of 7 must always be under the supervision of parents (according to the Child Protection Law). However, it is important to note that children under 7 years old can be supervised by another child. According to the Child Protection Law, this can be a person who is at least 13 years old.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are not responsible for children on the premises without the supervision of parents or accompanying persons.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are not responsible for any accidents involving visitors on the premises, except in cases caused by damage to play equipment and/or attractions.

Using the club’s attractions is allowed only in sportswear (without fasteners, zippers, rivets, or belts).

Entry into the game rooms in outerwear and street shoes is prohibited. Please bring indoor shoes (slippers, ballet flats) or socks. Walking barefoot in the game rooms, including the trampoline area, is not allowed.

The administration and staff of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are not responsible for any damage related to the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings and valuables of visitors, including valuable items left in the storage lockers.

Please hand over any found items to the club staff. Found items are kept at the MaryMaris Club for one calendar month.

Bringing food and drinks is not allowed (except for specifically agreed situations).

Visitors are required to adhere to generally accepted ethical norms and rules of conduct, maintain cleanliness and order, and handle the Club’s property with care.

It is prohibited for individuals in an unwell condition (fever, cough, etc.) to visit the Club.

Smoking, the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances inside the Club’s premises is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to enter. The Club administration reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who are intoxicated.

Please use the play equipment and attractions carefully and responsibly. In case of damage or destruction of the property of the MaryMaris Kids Club, we have the right to demand full compensation for the damage.

The use of fireworks, pyrotechnics, and any bubble programs is prohibited on the premises of the Club.

The entry to the Club premises with strollers and bicycles is prohibited.

Helium balloons are prohibited.

MaryMaris Club is equipped with video surveillance. Parents or other responsible individuals accompanying the child, by visiting the Club, consent to being monitored by the Club’s video cameras and to the access of video broadcasts on the Club’s website marymaris.lt and on the MaryMaris social media.

Photography is allowed at MaryMaris Club. Parents or other responsible individuals accompanying the child, by visiting MaryMaris Club, consent to being photographed, as well as their child, by other Club visitors, and to the access of these photographs on the Club’s website marymaris.lt or on the MaryMaris social media.

The bracelet loses its validity when leaving the premises of the MaryMaris Sports and Entertainment Club and/or if its integrity is compromised.
