Visitors of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are expected to have familiarized themselves with the club’s general rules before using the attractions. Parents and/or guardians are asked to confirm with their signature that they have read the rules, and full responsibility for the child/children rests with the parents and/or guardians.

If the child is under 14 years old, registration can only be done in the presence of one parent or guardian. Upon turning 14, a child may visit the club independently after reading and signing the rules.

Visitors of the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club are expected to familiarize themselves with the club’s general internal rules before using its services.
The administration of MaryMaris sports and entertainment club has established working hours: 10:00–22:00, with no lunch breaks or holidays.
Visitors must pay at the club’s cash desk according to the approved price list and receive a receipt before using the club.
The administration and staff of MaryMaris sports and entertainment club do not provide child supervision services. Full responsibility for the child/children’s safety on the club premises rests with the parents and/or guardians.
Parents or guardians must confirm with their signature that they have read the club rules, and full responsibility for the child/children rests with them.
Children under 7 years old must be under constant parental supervision (according to the Child Protection Act). However, it is allowed for another child to care for a child under 7, provided that the caregiver is at least 13 years old.
The administration and staff are not responsible for children on the premises without parental or guardian supervision.
The administration and staff are not responsible for possible accidents on the premises, except in cases caused by damage to play equipment and/or attractions.
Attractions may only be used in sportswear (no zippers, buckles, rivets, or belts).
Entering play areas in outdoor clothes or shoes is prohibited. Please bring indoor shoes (gym shoes, ballet flats) or socks. Being barefoot in play areas, including the trampoline complex, is not allowed.
The administration and staff are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including valuables left in lockers.
All found items should be handed to club staff. Found items are kept at MaryMaris for one calendar month.
Bringing food and drinks is prohibited (except in special, agreed cases).
Visitors must follow generally accepted etiquette and behavior rules, maintain cleanliness and order, and treat club property with care.
Persons in poor health (fever, cough, etc.) are not allowed to visit the club.
Smoking, alcohol, or other intoxicants are strictly prohibited in the club. Intoxicated persons are strictly denied entry. The administration has the right to refuse entry to intoxicated individuals.
Please use play equipment and attractions carefully. If MaryMaris club property is damaged or destroyed, we reserve the right to claim full compensation for damages.
Fireworks, pyrotechnics, and any bubble programs are prohibited on the premises.
Strollers and bicycles are not allowed inside the club.
Helium balloons are prohibited.
MaryMaris is equipped with video surveillance. Parents or guardians consent to themselves and their child being monitored by video cameras, and to video content being posted on the MaryMaris website and social media.
Photography is allowed in MaryMaris. Parents or guardians consent to photos of themselves and their child being taken by other visitors and published on the MaryMaris website and social media.
Wristbands become invalid upon leaving the MaryMaris sports and entertainment club or if the wristband is damaged or lost.
